Working under the direction of the Food &
Beverage Manager, the Event Planner will be available
to you, your staff and your attendees during every
stage of your event. He or She will be fully aware
of all group activities and empowered to solve any
problems that arise. |

| In addition to a Manager on Duty available and
informed, each Manager, Supervisor and Desk Clerk
will be briefed on your group and its agenda on
the day of your event to ensure that all guests
are properly directed when they arrive at the Howard
Johnson Inn. |
Pre-Event Meetings between you and your Event
Planner ensure clear communication and precise execution.
Follow-up meetings identify areas for improvement. |

| Each Manager, Supervisor, Event Planner and other
Key Staff Member is equipped with cell phones and
radios to ensure accelerated response time and expedited
service. |
We’ve streamlined and updated our documentation
to ensure that your paperwork is easy to understand
and on file, physically and electronically and backed-up
to corporate offices weekly. |
